This is a great topic. I am a fan of yours on Facebook and I wanted to comment on this video. My parents have been supporting my passion to be a professional pastry chef since I was 9 years old. Now 4 years later, my products are sold in a local restaurant and I operate a very successful pastry company called Vela Delight Pastries in Charlotte, N.C. Sometimes I think about how my parents sacrifice so much and allow me to chase my dream. My mom says that the path you walk when your young may affect your destination when you are older.
